

You will be provided with Boots & Ski + Helmet
You will be picked up by coach at one of four locations in the South West area, Exeter, Eastleigh, Chievely or Slough, so you will need to make your own way to one of these locations.
The pick ups will be between 1600 Hrs and 2200 Hrs on the Friday evening. The coach will then take you to Dover, where we catch the ferry to France. You will then be driven through the
"scenic" countries of France, Belgium, Luxemburg and Germany, making stops for food and rest breaks at various service areas.
You will arrive at the Muhle lodge (It was an old Mill), at around 1700 Hrs on the Saturday afternoon, but this is dependant on traffic and snow conditions. An eveing meal will be served and then you
can sort out your allocated rooms.
The Saturday evening will consist of a Health & Safety briefing and then free time, followed by an early night. Sunday morning, breakfast will be served at around 07:15,
you will need to make your packed lunches from the food provided,
and then we will take you to the hire shop to get fitted for Boots, Skis and Helmets. Normally we arrive at Oberjoch resort for the frist mornings skiing at around
11:00, where you are put into your allocated ski groups and start learning to ski. There will be a lunch break, and you will ski until around 17:00.
Sunday evening is normally a free evening, or a quiz night. Monday, breakfast and making packed lunches, ready to leave at 08:00 and we make our way back to Oberjoch fo a full days skiing.
Return to the lodge for dinner, sorting out any issue with boots etc., and another free evening, or the quiz night.
Tuesday, as per Monday, but probably with a trip to the Wonnemar swimming complex in Sonthoffen for the evening.
Wednesday, uasually we move to Junholz for skiing, where they have more advanced slopes for the beginners, and they also have chair lifts. The evening is genrally a
trip to the Untergassen shooting club, for an evening of shooting and leg wrestling.
Thursday, we ski at ifen or hundle, finsih a little earlier, as we have to get ready for the gala entertainment evening. This is a show put onby the staff, with cadet
involvement in fun activities and a disco. We normally get back to the lodge around midnight.
Friday, we ski at Steibis, or another resort that we have not been too, but finish an hour earlier, to return ski hire equipment. The evening will be packing your kit, loading the
coach and then trying to grab some sleep before the early departure on Saturday. Unfortunately, the coach needs to leave at around 5am to ensure we catch the
ferry and get the cadets back home by the early hours of Sunday morning. Again, stops will be made for food and comfort breaks.
You will need to bring:
You will be covered by the additional ATC insurance for the ski activities
All transport (including ferry) to and from your UK pick up point
All food from arrival at the lodge, until departure on the Saturday morning
All lift passes for each resort
All ski instruction on the 6 days of skiing
A trip to the swimming centre
A night's shooting competition on a .22 rifle
